The project aims to explore if the bundle of technologies wrapped-up under the broad description of chatbot can provide assistance to students during the enrolment process.
At present students must declare a disability by filling in an online form. Once declared the university must make every effort to understand the specific requirements of the student and provide help and advice to ensure the student can enjoy the best learning experience possible.
